WeSay Linux Release Notes¶

WeSay 0.9.26¶

This is the first WeSay 0.9 release available for Linux. It includes the following new WeSay feature in 0.9

• Printing in OpenOffice
• Improved data exchange with FLEx, particularly with Writing Systems which now use a standard LDML file format.

This release also includes a number of improvements and fixes specifically for the Linux and / or Ubuntu systems.

• Auto keyboard switching now works with Ubuntu Lucid using ibus.
• USB auto detection now works.
• The UI layout has been much improved in many areas.
• The underlying mono system has been upgraded to 2.6.7
