Description
First of all, kudos to you all (or "onyas" as those on the little island west of NZ say) for generalizing the Make Markers Real quickfix. That's a nice improvement!
I did notice however, that nothing seems to happen after I click the blue link. I have to then click Cancel or the X button. The blue links are still blue in the right pane, unless I go to Next record and then Previous record. The Save button is disabled, and if I immediately exit Solid, then the quick fix indeed does nothing. BUT, if I click Cancel and then edit something, I am then able to Save before exiting, and the quick fix does in fact take effect.

This is a bigger problem than I originally thought, affecting ordinary edits too, rather than just that quick fix. For example, if I edit something in the right pane (like appending "zz" to a lexeme form) and then immediately run a quick fix (like deleting all empty \mr fields), that edit is silently lost. There are various other situations in which a manual edit is silently lost too; for example, editing and then immediately clicking in the Structure column of the top-left pane causes the edit to be silently dropped. This bug forces the user to constantly hit Save (or some other action that saves changes) in order to not lose manual edits.
This definitely needs to be tightened up, and since it's data-integrity-related I think it should be urgent or high priority. -Jon

Correction: Should read "The blue inferred markers are still blue in the right pane" rather than "The blue links..."
Please note that this great difficulty in safely using Solid for editing (i.e. without losing edits) is now the number 1 usability/training issue I'm running into. The whole "QuickFix > space > backspace > Save" dance (and the "Save > Next > Previous" dance) is pretty painful, especially for new users.
