Description
Scott Youngman and I tried using the Find/Replace feature and only got the Replace to work one time. (Or maybe we just thought it worked?) It finds the matching text just fine, and most of the time it selects the proper text (sometimes it selects the whitespace next to it--screenshot attached), and usually we could see the desired change being applied on-screen. But the changes wouldn't stick, and the search would wrap around and keep going forever.
One of our goals was to replace "\+ps" with "\ps", "\+rf" with "\rf", and "\+sn" with "\sn". This approach would be equivalent to a Quick Fix, but more powerful (could apply to any or all inferred fields) and transparent (can see the changes happening on-screen), albeit a bit slower (since there's no Replace All button, holding down Alt+R is currently the fastest option, I think).
