Description
In the left panes, gray out rows that are no longer up-to date. I'm not sure how difficult this would be, but as more rows turn gray, the user will realize the need to Refresh All. I don't recommend auto-refresh-all because sometimes one wants to review the record that was just fixed, and a Refresh All would make it hard to find.

As soon as you do anything, the report and stats are out of date - so indicating it seems a little lame. I think our persona can cope with a little education.
