Save should save solid file also

Description

When editing structure / template then all that changes is the Solid Marker Settings. These currently save only when exiting solid (or opening new lexicon etc etc). Would be nice to be able to save the solid file, without having to exit the app and go back in again.

I have not been able to get the Save button enabled through the use of the application. Is the save settings option enabled / working yet? (I was hoping to see some flavors of the settings file created by the solid process.)

This would tend to suggest that it doesn't. I find that unless I type something in the editor, the save button is disabled. Simply modifying marker settings is insufficient to enable the save box.
